Getting to know Sam
Sam Schacher is the moderator & co-host of Daily Blast LIVE, a nationally broadcast day-time talk-show she helped develop back in 2016. In its 5th Season, DBL has grown each quarter, gained millions of followers digitally, AND has earned popularity across the country; known as THE MOST HONEST & REAL talk-show in day time television.
When not lending her unfiltered opinions on DBL, Sam is also a producer & writer, working previously for Judge Judy, CNN, The Young Turks, GSN, MTV Australia, as well as cohosting alongside Dr Drew Pinsky on HLN’s, Dr Drew, for five years, along with filling in for Drew Pinsky on the popular KROQ nationally syndicated radio show, LoveLine.
A former world-ranked/ UCLA swimmer & amateur boxer, Sam’s hustle & determination later spilled into business ventures as well, creating Biren & Co Candles with her husband in 2010. Biren & Co candles can be found in stores nationwide, as well as in the homes of some of the biggest celebrities, including Rihanna, Pink, Kat Von D, Lady Gaga & more. A new podcast venture with comedian, Al Jackson: Dying For Likes, is her new baby, one that she “will raise into a profound, captivating, & successful entity.”
In her spare time, Sam loves to rewatch Seinfeld episodes, or get immersed in the latest must-watch streaming series, whether it be Stranger Things or Peaky Blinders, if she’s not hustling, or hanging with her kids, she just loves to be a couch potato. Sam is also a Disneyland fanatic: When Sam & her two kids aren’t riding The Haunted Mansion on repeat, you can find her penning her opinions on women’s rights, postpartum depression, & veganism on HuffPost, Veg News, or blogging about Motherhood on her site: Mother Hustlers.
